Exchange program
Students for the exchange program from WUR Food Chemistry have a general background at the level of "Food Chemistry" books written by Fennema or Belitz/Grosch. They have also some training to work on research projects which are presented in the listing of publications.
Students to be hosted by WUR Food Chemistry should have an equivalent background as mentioned for our students above. Most lectures are taught in English and English is used for communication with foreign students in our laboratories. The books of our library are mainly written in English (>80%).
